A BANK will be closed for almost a month while it undergoes a refurbishment.
HSBC, in Minster Street, will be shut from August 23 for an internal refresh and is expected to re-open on September 20.
This work will include giving the branch a lick of paint, new signage and new cash machines.

Nicola Bourne, HSBC UK’s local director, said she's "excited" about the upcoming changes, adding: “We continue to invest in our branch network to make our customers’ experience banking with us a good one.
"We are pleased that our Salisbury branch is getting a refresh."
HSBC customers can continue to use their nearest Post Office for day-to-day transactions.
Mobile and online banking is available 24/7 and customers can call the HSBC contact centre.
Community pop up events will be held at Salisbury United Reformed Church, at 30 Fisherton Street, where staff will be on hand to support customers.
The closest branch to Salisbury is Andover and customers can use any other HSBC branches while their local is closed.
Pop ups will be held from 10am until 2pm on the following dates: August 27, 30, September 2, 3, 6, 9, 10, 13, 16, 17.
