These 12 bundles of joy have been born in Salisbury, or near, in the past nine months.

As part of the Journal's Child of the Year photo competition, their parents have submitted these lovely pictures of their babies to share with our readers.

The babies featured in this article are just some of the little bundles entered in the 0-9 months category.

Other categories in the competition are 10-18 months, 19-36 months and 3-6 years.

All entries have been printed in this week's paper (August 5 edition).

To vote for your favourite, simply pick up a copy and fill out the form on page 49.

The winner of each category will receive a £50 voucher.
