THE Journal’s Retailer of the Year 2021 has now been revealed.

We wanted to end the year by celebrating Salisbury’s favourite shops, so we previously asked our readers to nominate their number one retailers.

After compiling a shortlist of businesses including independents, supermarkets, charity shops and more, readers were invited to vote for their favourite business.

Now the results are in.

Studio 15 has come out on top after receiving the most votes.

Owned by 26-year-old Sophie Cormack, the hair and beauty salon opened during the Covid-19 pandemic last year.

Despite the challenges of running a business during this time, Studio 15 won the hearts of shoppers with its range of high-quality products and customer service.

It has been a successful few months for the Milford Street business – already voted the Journal’s Hairdresser of the Year back in October.

The business has only recently become a retailer, stocking brands including GHDs and Phil Smith.

Previously speaking to the Journal Sophie said: “I knew what I wanted in a salon and we just want to give an experience that is above and beyond.”
