The Codford St. Peter Plot was granted outline planning consent in

March 2017 for the construction of a 3/4 bedroom house with integral

garaging. The new house will sit centrally within its plot, providing

ample parking for 2 vehicles to the front of the property with lawned

gardens to the rear. A particular feature of the new dwelling will be the

far reaching rural views enjoyed to the east.

Alterations The owners of the donor property are receptive to sensitive

alterations to the existing plans for the proposed dwelling, however

their final approval will be required on any future design amendments.
