Developing West Winds has been a labour of love over the past 40 years. It has been a place of peace and refuge for our family to grow up in and many people have felt its special touch, either passing through or staying, sometimes living with us for some months.

It will be a tremendous wrench to leave this beautiful corner but it is time to pass on the legacy for another family to enjoy and bask in as we have done for so many years. West Winds is a place to lift the spirits and make one smile.


Built in 1937 and offering the most stunning views to every aspect this charming home is situated in the popular village of West Wellow benefitting from both privacy and excellent commuter access whilst being within walking distance of a range of local village amenities. Such is the privacy of its location that even locals are unaware of West Winds.
