SALISBURY Live organisers have announced rescheduled dates for this July's events and a new headline act.

The dates for the event have been pushed back due to the delay in the government's 'roadmap' to ease lockdown restrictions.

It will now take place on Friday July 23, Saturday 24 and Friday 30.

A statement from Salisbury Live said: "Due to the delay to the government's phase 4 Covid roadmap, Salisbury Live have taken the decision to move Salisbury Live 2021."

Live in the Square featuring the Deloreons will now take place on Friday July 23, 5pm to 10pm. Entry is free.

The line up features The Deloreons, HP & the Reggae Source, The Stingrays, Jack Card and Ribble.

The Salisbury Live Lift off originally planned for Saturday July 3 at Salisbury Rugby Club will now take place on Saturday July 24, 3pm to 10pm.

The line up features One Step Behind, The Zucchinis, Da’ska Assassins, Lump, Home From the Unknown and Sound Emporium Showcase. 

Original headliners Oasis Maybe will not be appearing at the rugby club event due to prior commitments. Instead, Madness tribute act, One Step Behind will be headlining.

Pre purchased tickets are valid for July 24 and tickets, priced at £5 are available from skiddle.com

The Salisbury Live Out & About featuring live music in the pubs and clubs across the city will be held on Friday July 30. Entry is free.

A final Salisbury Live 2021 fundraiser will be held at Salisbury Rugby Club on Saturday, July 3, 3pm to 9.30pm.

The line-up includes Break Cover, plus sets from China Wolf, The Evolution Choir, Slidestone and Beccas Crew.
