THE winter wonderland of the Frozen Forest is drifting across Salisbury to the Arts Centre for a special free event on Saturday.
Children and their families will be able to take part in a flurry of activities including creating a forest tile and fingerprint snowflakes, ice fishing, Bavarian forest singing, icy face painting and making wrapping paper.
There will also be a chance to chill out in Hoodwink Theatre’s snow globe, try origami, watch a miniature theatre show called the Ice Book and even catch a flurry of snow.
The event takes place between 10am and 1pm, most activities are free but booking on arrival is recommended as some have limited capacity.
For full programme details visit salisburyartscentre.co.uk.
Hoodwink will wrap up the day with its annual family celebration, Winter Wonderland, from 6pm to 7.30pm.
With dancing, fun, snow and a magical surprise, it’s the perfect snowy finale to Frozen Forest. Tickets cost £5 and are available from the Arts Centre box office on 01722 321744.
