THIS year’s End of The Road Festival is celebrating its tenth birthday in style with a bill which includes Sufjan Stevens performing his only European festival this year, Australia’s psych superstars Tame Impala and The War On Drugs.
There are also muchanticipated performances from My Morning Jacket, Future Islands and Laura Marling, Django Django, Mac DeMarco and St Etienne performing their classic album Fox Base Alpha in full in celebration of Heavenly Recording’s 25th anniversary.
Alongside the sparkling music line up, End Of The Road will be showcasing a stellar comedy, literature, cinema and food bill. On the Comedy Stage, Phil Jupitus will be joined by Sara Pascoe and Andy Saltzman among others, while the Literary lineup will pay homage to Nick Drake. The festival will be bringing the best handpicked food stalls, providing a range of meat, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options.
The festival is at the Larmer Tree Gardens and is sold out.
