THE King of Rock ‘n’ Roll is set to wow crowds with the magic of Elvis in Salisbury.

World leading Elvis impersonator Chris Connor will be bringing his World Famous Elvis Show to City Hall Salisbury on Friday, September 28, 7.30pm.

Chris burst on to the tribute scene in 2009 and since then he has shot to stardom after being awarded the title of Best Elvis Performer Worldwide by Elvis fans in 2015.

Chris has also been widely praised by Elvis’ manager Joe Esposito for his authenticity and ability to capture the voice of Elvis during his sell-out shows worldwide.

He will be supported by a 12-piece band of professional musicians called The Steels and The Sweet Harmonies - bringing the music of the King to Salisbury.

The event is being promoted by Showtime Promotions, in association with LPM productions.

Dan Nelmes, the director of Showtime Promotions, said: “Audiences are continuously stunned with Chris’ incredibly authentic portrayal of Elvis.

“His impersonation is on another level and his popularity worldwide proves his talent should not be missed by Elvis fans.

“We’re very excited to be working with Chris again and to give Salisbury the chance to catch his amazing performance of the King after its previous worldwide success.

“It is the perfect opportunity for any Elvis fan to relive the brilliance of the man himself, Chris really is as close as you can get with his voice and on-stage presence.”
