CRISIS author Felix Francis will be at Waterstones in Salisbury next week.
He will be at the the High Street store on Thursday, October 11 at 7pm.
Tickets are available in store or online at waterstones.com
And local author Richard Morgan will be at Sarum College Bookshop in the Cathedral Close on Saturday between 10am and midday.
He will be on hand to talk about his children’s book Scurry Goes to Salisbury as well as sign copies.
“The book is a charming tale of a dog and his boy owner who visit the world famous Salisbury Cathedral with its 123 metre spire,” said Bookshop manager Jenny Monds. “It’s a delightful book, beautifully illustrated, and would make a good Christmas present, particularly to give to those friends who don’t live here, to encourage them to visit Salisbury.”
The author will be in Sarum College Bookshop as part of Bookshop Day, a national campaign to encourage people to use physical bookshops.
This year the bookshop is encouraging users to bring a friend who normally shops online.
