THE Dairy Fund is now open for applications from eligible projects which will deliver “transformational change to multiple English dairy farm businesses”.
The £5 million pot was announced by the then farming minister, Jim Paice, at the industry’s crisis summit last July.
Grants of £25,000 to around £1 million are available and outline bids are currently being sought.
The deadline for completed electronic and signed hardcopy outline applications is 5pm on February 28. More information is available in the Dairy Fund Handbook and the relevant forms are available for download at rdpenetwork.
