STUDENTS from Burgate and Ringwood School are helping a theatre company devise shows about cyber bullying.
The Elevate project, run by Ringwood’s Forest Forge, will help students from years 8 to 11 talk about the way they handle life online.
It will run from June 16 to 27 with pupils devising a piece called #RitesOfPassage which focuses on safe use of the internet, cyber bullying and raising awareness of the digital footprint we leave when using social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter.
The students will also create a video that will be shared online to see how far it can spread as part of Stop Cyber Bullying Day on June 20.
