MORE than 4,500 bikers from across the south of England thundered into Salisbury at the weekend for an annual get together in the Market Place.
The Salisbury Motorcycle Action Group's (MAG) 14th Spring Surprise Bike Show took place on Sunday.
Local rep Fin Colson said: "It was incredible.
"I think with Facebook and the coverage we had in the main motorcycle magazines helped us enormously and the weather was great.
"They had to close the square off and it did mean that the city was a bit clogged up.
"Hopefully we didn't cause too much of a headache for other people.
"Bikers were parking everywhere - in Brown Street and New Street because the square was packed.
"The event is huge and has become more popular. It's really the first meet in the calendar and everyone looks forward to it."
