AN EXPANDING Wiltshire property consultancy has strengthened its team with an experienced chartered surveyor to meet rising demand for its services.

Myddelton & Major has recruited Tim Haine as a senior surveyor for its well-established property and asset management department.

Tim brings 16 years of experience with firms in the West End of London, Somerset and Southampton to the Salisbury-based firm.

Tim, who is 40 and lives with his young family in Salisbury, said: “Momentum in commercial property continues to grow as we see an increase in demand for leasable space and shrinking availability.

“As landlords and investors continue to seek to maximize returns on their real estate investments we’re increasingly seeing them turning to experts in property management, such as Myddleton & Major, who have a strong regional knowledge and understanding of the local market as well as the expertise to negotiate the ever increasing regulatory burdens being brought to bear on commercial property owners.”

Tim, who is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), added: “Myddleton & Major is a forward thinking firm with the stability of more than 110 years of experience.

He joins the agents from Keygrove Chartered Surveyors in Southampton where he spent 11 years. He will be part of Myddelton & Major’s growing property and asset management department where he works closely with partner Robert Pritchard and associate Peter Sammons.
