INTERNATIONAL cultures were celebrated at Manor Fields School with its European Day of Languages.
The special day took place on Friday linking in with the school's term topic 'multicultural me'.
Teacher Audrey Capon said: "We decided to do something new this year and celebrate the heritage of our pupils so we celebrated Russia, Australia, Turkey, Poland, Gambia, Ghana and Jamaica.
"We had parents from Gambia and Ghana come into help us - the children tasted food from all over the world, learnt some of the language, art and culture and listened to music."
