THREE teenagers have been arrested after a mobile phone was stolen and Esso garage staff were shouted at and stock thrown around.

Police are investigating two incidents that happened in the Southampton Road area of Salisbury on October 16.

Between 3.30pm to 4pm a mobile phone was stolen from a 12-year-old local boy whilst he was in the area of the skate park in Churchill Gardens.

Police say a group of teenage boys were believed to be involved in the theft.

And at about 6.15pm police were called to reports of disorder at the Esso Garage in which the same group were inside the shop shouting abuse at staff and throwing stock around.

The staff members were not hurt but were shaken by the incident.

Three young men, aged 13, 14 and 18 years, who are not from the area, were arrested on suspicion of disorder and theft and have been released on police bail pending further enquiries.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who witnessed either incident.
