BANDS, singers or dancers wishing to perform on stage on Saturday afternoon are being asked to urgently contact the organisers of a fundraising sale.
Irene Emm and Malcolm Penney had booked a band for an annual event at Broad Chalke Village Hall but the band later cancelled due to a date mix-up.
The Affair Sale starts at 2.30pm at Broad Chalke Village Hall and is raising money for Wiltshire Air Ambulance.
Irene Emm said: "We are desperate to have some kind of music or dance as entertainment - we have a stage at the village hall."
Stalls at the sale include handmade jewellery necklaces made from glass and semi-precious stones, toys, books, Christmas cards and tags and a white elephant stall. There will also be a name the gorilla competition and teas and cakes.
Anyone who could provide entertainment on a voluntary basis is asked to email ireneemm8@aol.com or malcjp@uwclub.net
