FORMER Salisbury mum, Angela Cannings, who was wrongly jailed for killing her two baby sons, has separated from her husband and daughter.
Mrs Cannings, who moved from Salisbury to Cornwall soon after her release from prison in December 2003, has left husband, Terry, and her ten-year-old daughter, Jade, to make a fresh start on her own.
She has moved out of the family home in Saltash, Cornwall, but is living nearby.
Mrs Cannings, 43, is reported as saying both she and her husband are suffering from depression and have been unable to rebuild their lives after her conviction was quashed.
Mrs Cannings was jailed for life in April 2002.
However she was released in December 2003 after evidence given at trial by controversial paediatrician Professor Roy Meadow was roundly discredited.
