FOLLOWING the success of their pre-treatment addiction programmes in Salisbury and Trowbridge, the Step Aside Foundation is soon going to extend its service to Tidworth.
Dealing primarily with addictions to drugs and alcohol, the Foundation's pre-treatment programme aims to provide help and information to those who have admitted their addiction but are still waiting to receive the proper care.
The sessions are open to those awaiting a treatment intervention, on a prescribed methadone reduction programme, undergoing a community detox programme or simply contemplating accessing help with their addiction.
All group and individual meetings are run by qualified Step Aside counsellors, qualified support workers and voluntary assistants.
Sessions will be held between 3.15pm and 5.15pm every Tuesday at the Community Centre, Wylye Road, Tidworth.
