Southern Cathedrals Festival
This year's Festival featuring the choirs of Salisbury, Chichester and Winchester Cathedrals, is hosted by Chichester Cathedral from July 19 to 22.
The Festival is centred on the heritage of the English choral tradition with a mix of choral services and concerts sung by both individual and combined choirs. For tickets please call Salisbury Playhouse on (01722) 320333.
On Sunday July 22 the choirs return to their own Cathedral for their final services of the choir year.
Music of the English Cathedrals
The girl choristers and men of Salisbury Cathedral Choir give a concert of Music of the English Cathedrals in St Mary's Parish Church, Puddletown on July 2 at 7.30pm. Tickets £7. Telephone (01305) 848510 / 848086.
Organ Recital
Gerben Mourik, International recitalist, gives an organ recital on Wednesday July 18 at Salisbury Cathedral. Admission £8 at the door.
London Welsh Male Voice Choir at Salisbury Cathedral
In concert on July 7 at 7:30pm. Tickets £8-£24 at Salisbury Arts Centre (01722) 321744. Proceeds go to the Alzheimer's Society.
