THE Salisbury Hospice Bubble Rush returned for bubbly fun in the sun.
The 5K fun run took place on Saturday at Hudson’s Field and saw participants make their way through four coloured bubble stations where they were covered from head to toe in 10,000 litres of coloured bubbles.
The event saw 800 participants take part and £21,000 has already been raised.
This total is expected to rise with sponsorship still to come in.
Event organiser Francesca Vale said “We were overwhelmed by the kind support of all our participants and would like to take this chance to say a massive thank you to everyone who came and supported the event including all of our amazing volunteers. We are so lucky to have such a community of hospice heroes.”
The Bubble Rush was helping to raise vital funds for the hospice to support people with life-limiting illness.
