A PEDESTRIAN who died following a crash on the A31 has been named by police.
Gregory Prince, 32, of Spring Grove Walk, Leeds, was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident on Thursday.
Officers were called following a collision involving a Volkswagen Polo and a pedestrian on the A31 at Poulner Hill at 9.45pm.
Mr Prince's next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.
A spokesman for Hampshire Constabulary said: "Investigations into the exact circumstances of the collision are ongoing and officers would like to speak to anyone who witnessed what happened or who has any dash cam footage from that area around the time of the incident."
