RINGWOOD Art Society has celebrated its golden anniversary.
To mark the milestone members and invited guests enjoyed a hog roast cooked and carved by chairman David Lowe at the group’s preview evening of its 50th annual summer exhibition.
The exhibition at the Greyfriars, 44 Christchurch Road, Ringwood runs until Monday.
It is open daily from 10am to 4.45pm daily including Bank Holiday Monday, and 1pm to 5pm on Sunday.
The exhibition features nearly 400 works by professional and amateur artists in a variety of styles and media.Some of the work will be available to buy.
Entry to the exhibition is free.
