A COOK book has been produced to boost funds for the Quest 2020 appeal to redevelop and renew St Thomas’s Church in Salisbury.
St Thomas’s Café Cook Book contains 55 recipes from members of St Thomas’s and several independent cafés in Salisbury have also contributed recipes of their most popular choices – many of which have not been published before.
There are a range of savoury dishes to a feast of cakes, biscuits and desserts.
At £5 a copy, and with costs covered by sponsorship and donations, all proceeds will go to QUEST 2020.
It will be launched on Saturday, September 22 and copies will be on sale at the St Thomas’s Autumn Fayre in The Guildhall from 9am to 12noon.
