FOODIES were in for a treat as Salisbury Food and Drink Festival returned on Sunday.
Crowds gathered in Market Place and Guildhall Square to try fares from around Salisbury and further afield and watch food demonstrations and talks by special guests.
Renowned chef Paul Rankin, best known for his long-standing position on Ready, Steady, Cook and appearing on various cookery shows was live in the demo marquee to share his expertise.
And television personality, reggae musician and celebrity chef Levi Roots entertained crowds with anecdotes and even a song, followed by a talk in The Guildhall.
With a variety of food vendors and stalls, visitors enjoyed Mexican, Thai and Afro Caribbean food as well as tasty treats such as pancakes, fudge, chocolates and much more.
