POLICE and paramedics were called to a serious crash between a Warrior tank and a motorbike yesterday morning.
During the incident, which happened on the A352 Wareham Road at Holmebridge, the biker suffered a suspected fracture to his arm and leg.
The casualty, who was rushed to Poole Hospital, is not believed to have suffered life-changing or life-threatening injuries. No one else was injured.
Wareham Road was closed for more than an hour after the crash was reported shortly before 11.30am.
Sergeant Mark Scammell of the traffic unit called for anyone who witnessed the riding or driving of either vehicle prior to the collision, or anyone who saw the crash and has not yet come forward, to contact police on 101 quoting 15:131.
"I would also ask anyone with any relevant dashcam footage to come forward," he said
