WILTSHIRE Creative has workshops, theatre and music on offer this half term.

Lily and the Albatross is at the Bemerton Heath Centre on Friday, October 26 for two performances at 11am and 2pm. There will also be a drop-in craft session between the shows. Tickets by contacting bhc@salisburycitycouncil.gov.uk

On Monday, October 29, Salisbury Playhouse is hosting Play in a Day from 10am-4pm in The Salberg where youngsters can spend the day working with theatre professionals to create their own show.

And at Salisbury Arts Centre from 10am is a singing and signing event aimed at children aged 0-six as part of Celebrate Voice.

A singing workshop, Ultimate Vocal Workout, for children aged 10-16 is being held by Celebrate Voice on Tuesday in Salisbury Playhouse from 10am-5pm.

On Wednesday 31 October Slot Machine Theatre performs Your Toys at 11am and 2pm in The Salberg, Salisbury Playhouse, with a free drop-in craft session for ticket holders between performances. Grown-ups and children alike are asked to bring their own toys to the theatre and join in the adventure packed with original live music and puppets. A free pre-show workshop will also be held at Salisbury Library at 2pm.

At Salisbury Arts Centre on Wednesday 31 October, Matthew Dean is running a storyboarding and animation workshop, An Animated Experience for young people aged 10 and over.

Perfect from Tessa Bide is being performed on Thursday, November 1 at 11am and 2pm in The Salberg, Salisbury Playhouse. It is the story of a boy meeting his disabled sister for the first time, with puppetry, live music, animation and physical theatre.

Bringing the week to an end in The Salberg is I Wish I Was a Mountain at 11am and 2pm on Friday, November 2 which is written and performed by former Glastonbury Poetry Slam champion Toby Thompson.
