TALENT was on display as businesses gathered together for a unique event to display and sell their work.

At the weekend Hampshire Pop Up Studios hosted a Gift Buying Event at Stockbridge Town Hall.

The happening was only the fourth event the organisation has run since it launched in March but it has been getting bigger and better each time.

Organiser Gail Jones said: “Our ethos is, what we are trying to do is create stylish events with good quality arts and crafts for people to buy but are accessible and affordable.”

During the event, there was a line up of talented artisans ready to inspire fair-goers with their skilfully-made products.

There was plenty on offer for shoppers to browse and buy such as handmade jewellery, turned wood products such as bowels and platters, colourful knitwear, works of art and homeware.

“The event went really well, we had a lot of lovely comments about the quality of work that was exhibited and the lovely venue we were in.”

The studios have an aim of supporting new, emerging or less established makers from Hampshire and surrounding counties to give them a space to showcase their portfolio of work.
