THE best-selling author of House of Cards is giving a talk in Salisbury.
It takes place tomorrow (November 23) in the Guildhall, 7.30pm.
Michael Dobb’s talk is titled Life, Liquor and Lust: How House of Cards Wrote Itself.
The book has been made into a hit TV show.

Dobbs has also written a series of novels about Winston Churchill
Tickets are £22 and include a complimentary glass of wine served from 7pm.
The event has been organised by Arundells.
On January 25, 12.30pm, the MP for Loughborough and current chair of the Treasury Select Committee Nicky Morgan presents her views of ‘The Current Political Landscape’. Her former posts have included Secretary of State for Education and Minister for Women and Equalities.
It takes place at the White Hart Hotel.
