SUPPORTERS in Salisbury can see their donations doubled when they give to Salisbury-based charity Alabare this week.
Until midday on Tuesday, December 4 all donations made to the charity that supports homeless, vulnerable and marginalised people will have twice the impact through the Big Give’s Christmas Challenge.
The funds raised must be through the Big Give’s website.
The chief executive of Alabare, Andrew Lord, said: “The Big Give is a fantastic opportunity for us – it means every donation we receive can help twice as much. With the support of the local community, we can make an incredible difference to the lives of young people in Wiltshire this Christmas. We are incredibly grateful for every gift.”
The Big Give’s annual flagship campaign, The Christmas Challenge, is the UK’s biggest online match funding campaign.
To make a donation go to secure.thebiggive.org.uk/project/alabare or by going to thebiggive.org.uk and searching for Alabaré. Alternatively, call 01722 346548.
