SALISBURY Lantern Procession is returning for its seventh year next week.
Wiltshire Creative, Salisbury BID and Alabaré have collaborated to bring this special event to the city once again.
The procession on Thursday (December 6) will start in the Cathedral Close at 6.15pm before heading to the Market Square.
Alabaré, Salisbury’s local charity which supports homeless and vulnerable people, will lead the procession.
Workshops have been held at Salisbury Arts Centre to give people the opportunity to learn how to make traditional willow and tissue paper lanterns. The last workshop is tomorrow (December 1) at Salisbury Arts Centre from 10am until 3pm.
