SALISBURY solicitors have raised £5,000 for a charity through their annual fundraising dinner.
On Friday, November 30, colleagues and guests of Trethowans’ personal injury team threw an evening of food and fun in hopes to raise money for the Spinal Injuries Association (SIA).
A raffle and live auction were just two of the fundraisers during the event, alongside ticket sales that helped the grand total hit the thousands.

Rhiannon Daniel from Trethowans said it was an “absolute pleasure” hosting the dinner, adding: “The charity does such important work for those with spinal cord injuries and we know the money will go to such good use supporting these people and their families.”
The SIA is dedicated to helping those affected by spinal cord injury, made up of nurse specialists and a treating care team, offering a range of services and advice in hospitals, rehabilitation centres or at the patient's home.
The solicitors firm has supported the charity for a number of years, not only through the annual dinner but other fundraising challenges including walking over the O2.
Elaine Johnston, from Spinal Injuries Association added: “The money raised by Trethowans will help us to provide support to even more people across the UK.
"Last year alone we gave face-to-face support to more than 550 people with spinal cord injuries, 170 family members and 2200 healthcare professionals.”
