WILTSHIRE Creative has some ghost stories, comedy drag-boxing, rap and a night of scientific stupidity lined up to start the New Year in The Salberg at Salisbury Playhouse.
Shivers (January 10-12) from Little Mighty is a trio of terrifying original ghost stories, set to the haunting sounds of a violin.
The Rocky Shock (January 17-19) is a comedy-drag-boxing-musical from The Wardrobe Theatre, makers of Reservoir Mogs and Goldilock, Stock & Three Smoking Bears.
Woke (January 31 to February 2) asks what happens when a rapper becomes a father.
Giants of Science (February 7-9) from Living Spit features Howard and Stu who know nothing about Science. Nevertheless, they have agreed to give a lecture on the subject after enlisting the help of the smartest scientific sages of the ages. But even with the likes of Albert Einstein, Galileo, Isaac Newton, and Mary Anning, the chances of the duo making it through the evening with any sense of dignity remaining intact seem less than likely.
With jokes, puppetry, and silly songs, you can expect a romp through a hilarious history of scientific stupidity.
Tickets are on sale now and can be booked by calling Ticket Sales on 01722 320333 or by visiting wiltshirecreative.co.uk.
