A TEAM of soldiers from 18 (Quebec) Battery, 32 Regiment, Royal Artillery from Larkhill spent last Wednesday (January 23) on Guildhall Square cycling 456 miles on six static bikes to raise funds for the Royal British Legion.
It was all the idea of Bombardier Mike Cupper, “I decided to set the target as 456, one mile for every soldier killed in Afghanistan,” he said. “It is a great charity that we all want to help. I am also running in this years London Marathon for the RBL, it will be my first marathon.”
