A SALISBURY family are teaming up to bring an authentic taste of Spain to diners.

Emma and Neil Adams along with their children Ollie, 18, and Ruby 16 are starting The Tasty Tapas - a pop-up business.

The Tasty Tapas will run the pop-up restaurant during the evenings in Henderson’s Artisan Bakery and Cafe in Market Place.

Emma and Neil’s passion for Spanish food has developed over the years during their travels to the country and they are keen to share their love of the cuisine with the people of Salisbury.

Emma said: “It will draw people into Salisbury. It is something new and fresh.

“It will brighten up the market square with a touch of Spain.”

She added: “It feels daunting but exciting at the same time [to be launching Tasty Tapas].”

The pop-up restaurant opens from February 16 and the launch date is fully booked already.

“It is lovely that people have faith in us and are happy to give it a go, said Emma.

Further dates are available in March.

“We have got a full and varied menu” said Emma. “Essentially, it is all authentic Spanish dishes made with local English ingredients.”

There will also be a selection of Spanish wines and beers on offer.

Tasty Tapas aims to provide customers with a “casual” dining experience where sharing food is at the heart.
