A 15-YEAR-OLD boy, of Carmelite Way, Salisbury, was ordered to pay £50 of compensation and referred to a youth offender panel for five months, after assaulting a male in Salisbury on December 29.

CHARLES GRIFFITHS, aged 26, of Tavistock Close, Romsey, was ordered to pay £1,000 in compensation, £170 costs and carry out 80 hours of unpaid work after stealing a TriCaster TCXD300 worth £2,000 from The Wellington Academy in Tidworth on August 19, 2015.

JESSICA PATON, aged 29, of Middle Winterslow, was banned from driving for 25 months, ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work and must pay £170 costs after driving while over the legal alcohol limit in London Road, Salisbury, on December 29.

MALGORZATA RADZIMIRSKA, aged 31, of Bishopdown Road, Salisbury, was ordered to pay £300 compensation after assaulting a man and a police officer in Salisbury on December 30.

JOSH SLARK, aged 22, of Stonehenge Road, Durrington, received six points on his driving licence and was fined £120, with £115 costs, after failing to give police information identifying a driver believed to have committed an offence on September 3 in Bulford Road, Durrington.

JESSICA WATSON, aged 19, of Glyndebourne Close, Salisbury, was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £80 and ordered to pay £115 costs after driving while over the legal alcohol limit in Central Car Park, Salisbury on December 30.

JASON CAIN, aged 49, of Coombe Road, Salisbury, was fined £120 and ordered to pay £115 costs after assaulting a woman in Salisbury on January 1.

DANE MCGRAN, aged 33, of Chatham Close, Salisbury, was fined £200 and ordered to pay £200 compensation and £115 costs after assaulting a woman in Amesbury on June 23.

SIMON TAIT, aged 37, of Rampart Road, Salisbury, was ordered to carry out 70 hours of unpaid work and pay £170 costs after assaulting a police officer on September 20, and in contravention with the terms of a restraining order imposed on him, sent a woman text messages, made phone calls, turned up at her place of work and left a letter on her car.

JOHN TROTT, aged 51, of Carmelite Way, Salisbury, was fined £294 and must pay £115 costs after stealing a man’s watch in Salisbury on August 11.

DEAN GUEST, aged 24, of Peters Close, Poole, was fined £660, received six points on his licence and must pay £151 costs after driving without due care and attention in Fisherton Street, Salisbury, on July 14.

DOROTA KOWALCZYK, aged 29, of Saunders Avenue, Bishopdown, was fined £400, received six points on her licence and must pay £125 costs after driving without due care and attention in Catherine Street, Salisbury, on June 29.

MATTHEW PHILPOTT, aged 23, of Stanley Road, Cambridge, was fined £112, received three points on his licence and must pay £115 costs for driving without due care and attention in Weaveland Road swimming pool car park in Tisbury on July 26.

GARY COOPER, aged 53, of Oaktree Field Caravan Site, Salisbury, was fined £800 and must pay £830 costs after trading illegally as a scrap metal dealer when not authorised by a licence, between September 21, 2017 and October 29, 2018, in Salisbury.

STUART TAYLOR, aged 47, of Marina Crescent, Durrington, was fined £103, banned from driving for six months and must pay £30 costs for driving over the speed limit in Maybray King Way, Southampton, on November 16, 2017.

NATHAN BAKER, aged 27, of no fixed address, was jailed for 15 days and must pay £115 costs for stealing goods to the value of £53 from Superdrug in Salisbury on January 27.

GLYNN PARRY, aged 26, of Barnard Street, Salisbury, must carry out 180 hours of unpaid work and pay £50 compensation for possession of a knife, threatening behaviour and criminal damage in Salisbury on January 5. He must also pay £20 compensation and £40 costs for stealing from Tesco in Salisbury on January 28.

LEE WHITSTON, aged 31, of Westwood Road, Salisbury, was banned from driving for 60 months, received a 20 week prison sentence, suspended for two years, must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work and must pay £200 costs for failing to give police a sample of breath in Melksham on January 1.

JADE BURNELL, aged 25, of Parsonage Barn Lane, Ringwood, was fined £100 and must pay £110 costs after being drunk and disorderly in High Street, Amesbury on January 13.

JAY HARMAN, aged 33, of Ward Barracks, Bulford Camp, was fined £588, banned from driving for 17 months, and must pay £143 costs for driving while over the legal alcohol limit in Porton Road, Amesbury on January 12.

WYANT KNIGHT, aged 43, of Barnard Street, Salisbury, received a two-month curfew and must pay £85 costs after assaulting a man in Salisbury on October 31.

NICHOLAS ROGERS, aged 53, of Beechwood Road, Southampton, was fined £1,250, banned from driving for 24 months, and must pay £160 costs after driving while over the legal alcohol limit and without due care and attention on the A36 in Salisbury on July 15.

VISHNU SURENDRAN, aged 35, of London Road, Amesbury, was banned from driving for 17 months, fined £120 and must pay £115 costs for driving while over the legal alcohol limit and being drunk in charge of a child under the age of seven in Countess Rad, Amesbury.

JOHN WATTS, aged 44, of Burnet Way, Salisbury, was fined £120 and must pay £115 costs for using abusive or threatening words or behaviour in Salisbury on January 10.

DAVID WILLETT, aged 29, of Shaston Drive, Coombe Bissett, was fined £160 and must pay £110 costs for assaulting a man in Salisbury on July 29.
