BUSINESS excellence was the key theme of the South Wilts Business Expo 2019 when it opened its doors to the public today.
A packed Guildhall heard about the steps being taken to encourage growth in the city once more, including the bid to get backing from the government through the future High Street Fund.
Peter Wragg, Vice Chairman of SWLEP, said how delighted he was to see the event take place and praised organisers The Salisbury Chamber of Commerce, Spire FM and the Salisbury Journal.
With over 50 stands at the event, which was open until 4pm, it promised to be a lively occasion.
The Journal offered visitors the chance to test their digital knowledge in a quiz.
And there was also a series of seminars throughout the day including once from digital solutions expert Rachael Dunn, who was interviewed by Journal Publisher Bill Browne.
