A WOMAN "lunged" and "grabbed at" a four-year-old child outside a city centre bank.
Police say the incident happened at about 12.25pm yesterday (Thursday, April 18).
A Wiltshire Police spokesman said: "A woman was walking with her four-year-old daughter outside HSBC bank in Minster Street, when a woman is reported to have lunged towards the child and grabbed at the top of her leg.
"The child cried out and when her mother confronted the woman, she did not react, and walked away.
"She is believed to have been with a man at the time."
Police are looking to speak to the woman pictured in connection with the incident.
