A NEW restaurant and bar will be arriving in Salisbury just in time for summer.
The Dancing Moose is aiming to open its doors in the city in the first week of July, and will be located in what is currently Bill's Restaurant in Blue Boar Row.
Bill's will be closing on May 25 and the site will then be handed to The Dancing Moose Pub Company.
A spokesperson for Bill's Restaurant said: "As a group, we are continually reviewing our restaurant estate and, as part of our planned renovation works, we have made the decision to focus our efforts on our other restaurants.
"We will do everything we can to support [staff] and where possible will employ them in our other restaurants close by, we have also spoken to the Dancing Moose Pub Company about them interviewing our team as they will need staff for their exciting new venue.”
The Dancing Moose currently has business in Ashley Cross, Bournemouth, Wimborne and Penn Hill, and offers a range of food, drink and live entertainment.
