WILTSHIRE Police has released a CCTV image of a man they want to question following an assault and criminal damage in Salisbury.
Officers say the incidents occurred in the Cheese Market at around 10.30am yesterday when a man approached a group of people setting up a stall.
They were verbally abused, had parts of their stall damaged, and one person was pushed.
Nobody was injured, but the group were left shaken by what happened.
The man is described as black, of stocky build, in his mid 40’s with a bald head and clean shaven.
He was wearing a camouflage baseball cap, black puffa-type body warmer over what is believed to be a red tabard, white trousers and dark footwear.
Anyone who recognises him is asked to contact PC Alan Cromwell from Wiltshire South CPT on 101, quoting crime reference 54190046087. Alternatively you can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
