CITY Encounters is bring another day of free street entertainment to the city today.
Featuring performances from nine different companies, the entertainment ranges from a family drag show to puppetry for all ages and aerial choreography.
Pulse! by Joss Arnott Dance perform an adrenaline-fuelled dance and live music production set around a 3.5m high percussion wheel.
Join some of the UK’s leading drag artists for Fantabulosa! (Tickertape Parade) featuring interactive storytelling, dress-up, games, songs and glitter.
Physical comedy comes from Spitz & Co with Les Gloriables inspired by Les Miserables.
Watch clown and slack-rope dancer George Orange perform comedy and circus routines including contortionism and bottle balancing in Man on the Moon. Apocalyptic Circus are also going to be entertaining audiences with circus mixed with theatre in My House and there will be aerial choreography from Sirin - Hope is the Thing With Feathers (Newton’s Ladder).
And dancers from Stopgap bring a “punkish” explosion celebrating individuality to the festival with Frock.
Old Kent Road perform an energetic tap dance jam in Oscillate Tap Jam at Salisbury Playhouse on today, 4.30pm.
