VOLUNTEERS are needed to help monitor Salisbury's CCTV system.
CCTV has been in operation across the city since August 2017, running 24 hours a day, to ensure the streets of Salisbury remain safe and pleasant for businesses, residents and visitors.
And the team of volunteers are needed to monitor the system at key times during the day, located in a control room at Bourne Hill.
Richard Goodman, Salisbury CCTV manager, said: “Becoming a volunteer for Salisbury’s CCTV is a great way of giving back to your community and supporting the city.
“If you have good communication skills, are able to work under pressure and are committed to Salisbury’s security and public safety, then we’d love to hear from you.”
Volunteers will be trained and will work within in a strict code of practice.
