A FIRE which started after 50 bales of hay were "deliberately" set on fire, has caused "significant damage" to a barn on a south Wiltshire farm.
The incident, on Wexland Avenue, Netheravon, occurred at 7.30pm on Saturday, with police officers and fire crews attending to deal with the blaze.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: "Approximately 50 hay bales had been set on fire and the fire had spread to the barn structure causing significant damage.
"It is believed the fire was started deliberately."
They confirmed that no one was injured in the incident.
Officers are now searching for information about how the fire started.
