FUN was had by children and their families at the annual summer fair in Hyde.
The event took place last Friday on the Common and was organised by Hyde School Friends Association.
Activities included “slosh the teacher”, a dog show, vintage car rides, as well as a coconut shy, hula hoop competition, pony rides, face painting, a raffle and a tasty selection of food on offer at the barbecue.
Hayley Fisher, the chairperson of Hyde School Friends Association, said: “As ever we are so grateful to the parents, teachers and community for supporting Hyde Primary School’s Summer Fair.
“The unique family atmosphere along with the impressive amount raised reflects the great team we have here at Hyde.”
The summer fair raised more than £1,500 for the primary school.
Hayley added: “Funds will be put towards much-loved Forest Schools sessions for the kids as well as refurbishing the ‘Quiet Area’ in our outside space.”
