CCTV images of a group of men has been released after the theft of a BMW in Salisbury.
The car was stolen from outside an address in Jay Rise overnight between Wednesday, July 31 and Thursday, August 1.
Footage from the area shows a group of men trying a number of car door handles in the area, before the blue BMW was stolen.
The vehicle was later found abandoned elsewhere in the city.
PC James Barrett, from the Community Tasking Team, said: “Our enquiries so far suggest the suspects may have travelled to Salisbury Railway Station after the theft, and then caught a train to Portsmouth.
“We want to hear from anyone who recognises the men in these pictures, or who may have witnessed anything suspicious in the Jay Rise area on the night in question.
“If you can help please call us.”
Anyone with information should call PC Barrett on 101, quoting crime reference 54190075396. Alternatively you can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
