GARY STEVEN DANDO, aged 57, of Nunney, Frome, pleaded guilty to driving a VW LT35 van on Churchill Way East, Salisbury, without any insurance on August 24 last year. He previously pleaded not guilty to the charge, but changed his plea. Dando was given a conditional 12-month discharge, and ordered to pay £20 to fund victim services.

BENJAMIN MATTHEW GRAY, aged 23, of Windwhistle Way, Alderbury, indicated a plea of guilty to driving a Honda Civic in a dangerous manner on the A36, near to the A303 interchange at Wylye on September 14 last year. He was fined £85, and ordered to pay costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months, and made to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work.

JACK THOMAS WILLIAMS, aged 22, of Holbury, Birmingham, indicated a plea of guilty to using threatening and unlawful violence towards another person in Tidworth on December 11 last year. He was fined £200, and ordered to pay a victim’s surcharge of £85, as well as £85 in costs. Magistrates also ordered him to carry out 60 hours of unpaid work.

CONNOR CALLACHER, aged 21, of Pilgrims Court, Laverstock, pleaded guilty to driving a Peugeot 407 on Rhodes-Moorhouse Way, Longhedge on May 23 while disqualified from driving. It was also found he had no insurance. He was told to pay a victim’s surcharge of £85, and costs of £85. He was also disqualified from holding a licence for a further 25 months and ordered to complete 180 hours of unpaid work.

CHRISTOPHER WEBB, aged 33, of Windsor Mews, Durrington, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Transit Connect van in Meadow Road, Bulford while under the influence of alcohol. The incident happened on July 18. He was fined £680, ordered to pay a victim’s surcharge of £68, as well as costs of £85. Magistrates also disqualified him from driving for 14 months.

LAURA BRITTAIN, aged 31, of Friary Lane, Salisbury, indicated a plea of guilty to assaulting three police officers during an incident on July 20 in Salisbury. She was fined £150 in compensation. She must also complete 100 hours of unpaid community work.

JOSHUA ANDREW ENGLAND, aged 24 of Hilltop Way, Salisbury, failed to comply with a community order made against him at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on June 3, by failing to attend as instructed the unpaid work requirement. He was fined £60 and told to undertake 14 hours of unpaid work.
