House prices have fallen very slightly since May - by 0.78% - and by 2.83% in the past year.
In terms of property types, flats in Great Durnford sold for an average of £171,465 and terraced houses for £227,747.
Frenchmoor, West Tytherley, Salisbury SP5 - £1,233,796
Flats in Frenchmoor sold for an average of £187,317 and terraced houses for £285,724.
De Vaux Place, Salisbury SP1 - £1,162,278
