A STAINED glass window at St Mary’s Church in Fordingbridge was smashed.
Police say some time between 9am on Saturday and Sunday the window and church doors were damaged.
Rector Gary Philbrick said: "People at church feel sad that a building they care for and look after gets damaged.”
“The vandalism takes a minutes to do, but it takes hours to solve,” he added.
“Sadly it takes a lot of time, mainly for our volunteers.”
Anyone with information about the incident should call Hampshire Constabulary on 101, quoting 44190301697.
