THE 18-BEDROOM Mount Stuart Hotel in Bournemouth has gone up for sale.
The hotel is on the market for £1,100,000 freehold and is understood to have undergone a rolling programme of refurbishment.
According to its agents the property has a residents' lounge and bar and all bedrooms are en-suite.
At the rear of the hotel there is a car park with space for around 14 vehicles together with two terraces, a "beautiful entrance area" with bespoke reception desk and a "spacious ground floor two-bedroom owners' accommodation."
The new owner can, agents say, said, look forward to a "full hand-over and with the benefits of substantial forward bookings" and an "enviable brigade of day and night staff".
The hotel is for sale with Ware Commercial.
