Winchester Crown Court
A MAN has denied the murder of a father who died after a crash on the A303 earlier this year.
Tarkan Agca, aged 24, of Crusader Way, Watford, appeared at Winchester Crown Court today charged in connection with the death of Andrzej Szaruta.
The charge relates to an incident that happened on the eastbound carriageway of the A303 near Solstice Park on June 21.
A trial is due to take place on December 2 at Winchester Crown Court.
